	A couple of years ago, a group of volunteers, led by members of the PTA started the task of digging a new pond.

The funding for the pond came partly from a grant from Rochford District Council and partly from the PTA.

	A JCB was brought in to do the hard work, but there were lots of mums, dads and even children who came along to help.
