Wyburns Primary School & Ashlyns Organics Ltd
have teamed up to bring a new dimension to School Meals
 

Since January 2009 Wyburns has been working with Ashlyns Organics to provide meals that are nutritious, affordable and freshly cooked on the premises every day. Ashlyns have taken the Government guidelines for nutritional standards and married these to a menu that we believe is child friendly. The ingredients used to produce the meals will be of the highest quality, using free-range and organic products where affordable. All the meals will be prepared using fresh, local ingredients and cooked from scratch; even the bread will be made fresh whenever time allows. The only frozen products to be used will be the fish cakes and the battered fish on Fridays. And all for £2.00 a meal.

All we need now is for you to take up the delicious meals we will have on offer.

Please note that dinner tickets are sold in the hall on the first day of the week.  Please do not ask for dinner tickets from the office in mid-week except in exceptional circumstances

As a vegetarian alternative, we provide a Jacket Potato with filling, fresh baked bread & salad selection every day.
All dishes are prepared in Wyburns kitchen using fresh, local or organic ingredients.
